who believes connection is everything. I love with my whole heart and go to any lengths, within my capacity, for genuine kind hearted people. I find beauty in the "in between" moments.
I crave moments of stillness in the mountains. Laughing is a MUST and I will always find the silver lining of any situation.
One of the brightest spots in my life is witnessing and helping people grow through the new beginnings and endings of their lives. It would be an honor to photograph these priceless moments for you.
Throughout my life, I have experienced a lot of loss, where I learned about regret. The honest truth is life can change in the blink of an eye. I quickly regretted not having memories of life with the people I loved most. The adventures, the giggles, and the "you had to be there" moments. They slipped on by.
Around 2013, something was ignited in me. Off I went photographing everything and everyone in my life. After a while, family and friends started asking me to photograph special moments in their life. I felt honored to be an instrumental part of their lives, documenting the most precious moments they’d never want to forget.
I met my husband in 2014, I started noticing things I wouldn’t want to forget as we built this beautiful life together. I wanted to remember the little looks he gives me, our adventures, and how much uncontrollable laughter and love we share.
When I reflect back to when we got married last year. I want to remember the nervousness before he saw me in my dress, that breath he took before he read me his vows, and how he sang to me during our first dance. One of my favorite photos from our wedding was when we glanced out into the audience and saw how many loved ones showed up for us to be part of the best day of our lives. I still feel the love we felt that day when I see I look at it now.
When I think of my family, I never want to forget how my own mother held me as a child. One day, God willing, I will want to remember the connection I will have with my own child. I want to remember the funny faces my Pap Pap gives me when I’ve said something he’s not so sure about. When I watch our new pup Enzo grow, I think about getting in front of the camera with him. They grow so fast and time doesn’t stop.
All these things are what I want for you. I'd be so over joyed to sit in your front row and document the beautiful moments of your life because your life is worth remembering. I'm here for it!

“Kim takes amazing pictures and I don't want that to be overshadowed. But the entire experience was PERFECT. From ease of contact initially, to meeting up in Stanley where there is spotty coverage, and once we met, the fun began. We had so much fun this felt more like hanging out with an old friend with a side of picture taking. With the most amazing pictures as a result. She can turn a shoulder of the road into what looks like an untouched pristine meadow with her artistic eye and professional touch. If you are debating on photographers, stop it. Call Kim."
Amazing. Top to bottom. We had so much fun this felt more like hanging out with an old friend with a side of picture taking.
